Shaun Galvin and Gail Small

Shaun never stands still, he actively leads the team who are dedicated to his shared vision of exceptional customer service.
Shaun leads by example, building trust based on integrity and inspiring the team to strive for continual improvement, his extensive knowledge of the trade, continuous enthusiasm, professionalism and passion for providing customers with uncompromising quality has earned him accolades in the industry, and much praise and appreciation from a long and growing list of satisfied clients.
Gail multi tasks, she is responsible for the administrative side of the business, actively involved in day to day business operations she also oversees all finer style elements for the projects. Her bubbly personality as well as a natural ability to understand the client’s needs and taste brings ease to homeowners.
NAME
Proud parents of two daughters the couple are avid cyclists, their love of the outdoors and zest for adventure have taken them all around the world where their passion for design and culture are embraced. Their attention to detail, knowledge of their craft and ability to problem solve are some of their greatest attributes.
Both Shaun and Gail are firmly ‘hands on’ in the business and are highly regarded in the Herefordshire area for their involvement and support of a number of community causes.
